Laptop cannot see internet on main SSID
My wife just called me as her work laptop was connecting to my main SSID but could not see the internet.
It can see the internet on the IoT SSID which is in NAT mode.
Her MAC address is
1C-C1-0C-45-76-26
and it connected between 9:16 and 9:17
I already have support access enabled. Please can someone have a look and let me know what happened please?

Hi @Andrew_em ,
Based on information from another post, we've identified that the issue occurs when your laptop connects to the local bridge's SSID. The root cause appears to be your Virgin router repeatedly crashing and failing to assign IP addresses, which prevents your laptops from accessing the internet. As this issue has been identified, we'll close this case.

Hi - my macbook cannot join the main SSID either now.
Its mac address is 06:6a:b7:e9:cf:67
I tried joining at 12:45 or so - again support access is turned on.
I joined the other SSID in NAT mode and then tried again and tried joining the main SSID at 12:49. Still cannot ko
Any clue what is happening?

Hi @Andrew_em ,
From your SSIS settings, we can see there are 3 SSIDs including: Never Join (Local bridge, VLAN ID = 1), PANEW and Work (NAT mode).
From the MAC addresses and time period you provided, we can see both laptops connected to PANEW SSID and received IP addresses 10.208.89.102 and 10.212.39.62. In the case as laptop can get the IP address but no Internet, we recommend you follow the article below to troubleshoot the issue.
If your laptops connect to another SSID without Internet, please share with us:
- The Nebula AP's diagnostic file
- The name of the Wi-Fi, laptop MAC address, and the connected time.

yes, agreed. It’s a pos.
I’ve got a mikrotik router on the way. I like the NWA130bes so I’m going to just try to fix the dhcp issues with that.
Appreciate your help with this!
