    Hi @chatziko,

Regarding the XPS9315 can't connect issue, I can find a key handshake fail issue in the event log. I'm checking with our engineer, and I will keep you posted.

About the Pixel 7a, I found some issues with the 6 GHz SSID on another forum. (link) Could you help with a test on the Pixel 7a?

    1. Please download WiFi Analyzer.
    2. Open WiFi Analyzer and set a filter with 6 GHz only. image.png
    3. Check the Access Points tab to see if you can see the 6 GHz SSID.

    Hi @chatziko,

Since the XPS9315 encounters the key handshake fail issue, please reference this FAQ to troubleshoot first.

EDIT: issue was using a 12V/1A adapter instead of required 12V/2A, works fine now.

Hello, i am having similar issues with NWA130BE, tried everything Zyxel_Melen suggested and more but unfortunately nothing solved the issue.

2.4 GHz and 5GHz work fine, to 6GHz clients cannot connect, always fails at getting ip address with error log:

deauthenticated by key handshake fail [count=2]
blocked by key handshake fail on Channel: 37, SSID: ZyxelNet, 6GHz, Signal: -54dBm, Download/Upload: 971Bytes/269Bytes, reason 15, Interface: wlan-3-1

reason 15 stands for 4-Way Handshake timeout

    i tried:
    testing with good connection (-35dbm)
    latest firmware update
    factory reset (several)
    standalone manual configuration
    online nebula configuration
    changing channel width (80/160/320 MHz)
completely turning off 2.4 and 5 ghz
turning on Avoid 5G DFS channel
    raising minimal WLAN Rate
switching 802.11be to 802.11ax and back for 6GHz
    turning off authentication

and other things i cant even remember now
    however, to no avail.
I have tested with 4 different devices, all released within last 2 years, all support 802.11ax and at least two i am certain support 802.11be.

I am very inclined to think this is some sort of a firmware issue or perhaps an issue with 802.11be itself, latest firmware was released over 4 months ago so i am not very hopeful for a fix but i wanted to inform other people who might be in the same situation. I will wait for a few days for some sort of support and if unsuccessful, will be returning the product.

    Hi @Martyno

Thanks for let me know this. Could you help to provide some detailed information to me?

    1. Is your NWA130BE running in standalone mode or Nebula mode? If is Nebula mode, could you help to enable Zyxel support access?
    2. How many Zyxel AP do you have and which model are they?
    3. Please try connect again so we can have the relative logs to check this issue.
    4. Here is the method to collect the diagnostic file. Please provide it to me via private message. Standalone mode / Nebula mode

The issue was on my end, I was using a 12V/1A adapter but after checking everything again i noticed the AP required power is 12V/2A. Now that i switched it everything seems to work fine, 6GHz immediately connects. Thank you.
