Hello, AP are not displayed in the NCC, only the toggle is visible. In the local interface of the points, the Nebula connection indicators glow green.

    Hi @frjonatan,

Regarding to your information, we would like to clarify:

    1. "AP are not displayed in the NCC, only the toggle is visible" Could you share the screenshot with us? I'm unsure if your device have assigned to your site. Also, please help to enable Zyxel support access so I can check after you share the screenshot.
    2. "In the local interface of the points, the Nebula connection indicators glow green." I think you mean the three indicators are green. Is it right? image.png

Hi, access is enabled. The dots were not visible in NCC for more than a week, but wifi was working and the clints were connected to wifi and had internet access. Today, 3 dots appeared, but one did not appear. Screenshots are attached.

    Hi @frjonatan,

Thanks for the information. This status is strange, but the local network won't be affected when device offline.

Let me check with our engineer for this issue. I will keep you posted.

    Hi @frjonatan,

The offline event for all APs could be because of your network connection issue.

About the original offline AP, we have checked the device log and the Nebula server, that the Nebula server didn't receive nego packets from the this AP. This could be becasue this AP's uplink device. Since your APs are all online, please help to monitor if this issue happens again. If so, please help check its uplink device first. Like: Are there any ACL/policy/security services blocking the connection?
