    Hi @peos42 ,

We've developed and released new firmware to address this issue. Our testing is currently underway, and we'll share the updated version with you within the next few days. Once the firmware is ready for distribution, we'll contact you to coordinate the next steps.

Sorry for the delay. I changed the Power-Up method as suggested. It's only been 5 minutes but the "Port Detection Status" entries have stopped. Does this change correspond with the fix that you guys have? Or does it indicate that it's a different issue?

    Hi @NEP ,

The change you mentioned doesn't address any actual fix, and the issue you're experiencing differs from the original issue described in this post.

The "Force-802.3at" setting is intended to resolve issues when the powered device (in this case, the door controller) does not comply with PoE standards.

@Zyxel_Judy Thanks for the added information. Since this is a separate issue, maybe I should open a new ticket. That said, with regard to your response, we have 52 door controllers on 6 switches (all the same model) and only these two controllers are flooding the logs. If the PoE was non-standard, I would expect all of these switches to have this issue. They do not. Any thoughts on that?

    Hi @NEP ,

If forcing 802.3at mode resolves the issue, it suggests that the devices connected to ports 16 and 22 were operating at the edge of their signal negotiation range, which can cause unstable behavior.

For further investigation regarding these door controllers PoE issue, we recommend contacting the device vendor directly.

@Zyxel_Judy Thanks for looking into this. I will reach out to the vendor and see what they say.
