No IP listed for a lot of clients
Hello everyone,
I'm used to setup devices in DHCP inside my networks, a part from some important items that have reserved IPs.
When I explore my Clients' list in Nebula I see a lot of NICs without an assigned IP:
Anyway I'm sure, to give you an example, that the second to last in the list you see is the x.x.x.125 inside my network but Nebula does not display that value.
How can I fix that?

Hi @GiuseppeR ,
To better support you, please enable Zyxel support and provide us with the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.

Hi @GiuseppeR ,
In Nebula client list, IPv4 address are collected from LLDP information, Nebula Access point or Nebula Security gateway in the site.
The reason your Nebula Switch doesn't show some client's IP address is that clients don't support LLDP. To resolve this, please ensure that the devices connected to the switch support LLDP and LLDP include IP.
To verify LLDP support on your devices, please perform a packet capture and check the information as follows.

Hi @Zyxel_Judy
on that site I have a firewall (Flex500) and 3 switches:
It seems strange to me that is not possible to have a complete list of IPs that I can retrieve using "Advance IP Scanner".
In that specific ORG I have also 2 NASes:
The red one has 2 NICs, but I can see only one IP.
The blu one has 4 NICs, but I can see only one IP.
