FWA 505 router: no internet connection

hello, I’m received today my new router, but for some reason there is no internet connection. When I tied to scan the QR code in the app it says that the device is locked by device owner. But it is me the owner and I paid for it. Could you please let me know how i can activate it? Thank you 🙏🏻
