"Remote access VPN" in Nebula not visible

Hello community,

we have a "Zyxel USG Flex 100HP" and want to provide Client-to-Site VPN. We have read in a couple of documentations / articles that its possible via Nebula e.g.

We tried to replicate that, but we don't see the option to configure "Remote Access VPN" as shown in every documentation. We only see the option to configure"Site-to-Site VPN", but not "Remote Access VPN".

What are we missing here?
