FWA510 Speed change low download but higher upload

So I'm on V1.20(ACGD.1)C0 Which is newer and when I was on 1.18(ACGD.5)C0 did not have any speed problems. I'm with EE on 100Mb rate limit and on 1.18(ACGD.5)C0 I was getting 100Mb down and sometimes 50Mb up went to V1.20(ACGD.1)C0 and got the same all good then about 3 days uptime something odd happened I was only getting 60Mb down and 100Mb up so played about with the Band Auto Selection and got my download speed back than I set it to Auto again could not connect for some reason so rebooted and now back to 100Mb down and 50Mb up.

Hi @PeterUK
May I clarify with you:
- Does the issue happen again recently?
- If so, could you help to capture the whole Cellular Info page when the issue happens and after it is fixed?
- How did you find the download speed issue? Test via device speed test tool? Or a client downloads a file from the Internet?
We did a local test that change band select to fix and then to auto and didn't get any issue on the V1.20(ACGD.1)C0.

hi Melen
It has not happened again but something did happen where my IP was 100. then changed to 10. but I had no internet so had to reboot so EE might be doing some work?
this is what the Cellular Info looks like so far
was testing by speedtest.net

So with a uptime of 1 day 8 hours the Cellular Info has changed with no NR5G-NSA SCC but speed is still fine at this time.
Just found this and my area is listed
EE Expand 5G Standalone Mobile to 17 New UK Areas and Deploys ARC Technology - ISPreview UK

Hi @PeterUK
Although screenshot 2's 5G CA misses secondary 5G CA N78 than screenshot 1, the primary 5G CA N78 (ul/dl bandwidth=40) is still in the NSA combination. Therefore, the download and upload speeds for the cellular band combinations in these two screenshots should not differ significantly.
We speculate that when download and upload performance is not ideal, it's related to the band combination and UL/DL bandwidth. Please observe the cellular info when the problem occurs again to see if there are any missing band combinations and UL and DL bandwidth in the cellular info.

It seems the NR5G-NSA SCC comes back when at load doing a speed test then this happens at idle
speed still seems fine so far
