Multy U connection issue

Hey,

Have a problem it seems a few people are having with their Multy U units and looking for help fixing. Sounds like I might need to update the firmware or something?

Bought a 3 pack brand new about 5 years ago, had them working fine with the app a while back but now I'm getting a connection issue. I go through the steps to get the base unit connected but it keeps saying "failure to connect to the network" on the app. It still creates a network so I can connect to the internet with my devices but the app doesn't show anything so I can connect other multis.

Any idea how to fix this?

Sorry to hear you're running into this issue.

To address the connection issue you’re experiencing with your Multy U units, we’d recommend checking the following:

Please make sure both the Multy U firmware and the Multy app are updated to the latest versions:
- Multy U: V1.00(ABMY.13)C0
- Multy app: V2.6.4.250701

If the issue still persists after confirming the versions, please provide us with your remote access information so that we can further check the problem for you.

Please also note that the Multy U series has already reached End of Life (EoL) as our support is limited. While you may still be able to use it after troubleshooting, we recommend considering our newer Access Points or security routers to ensure continued compatibility and network stability.
