FWA501 looses connection and becomes brick
Freshman Member
Hi
just got the FWA501 and that have the same problem with dropout that only can be resolved with a hard reboot same as this thread
https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/24326/fwa710-connection-drop-out-power-cycle#latest
It is located far in the woods and only solution is to drive several hours to make a hard reboot,
the scheduled reboot in the Nebula app is useless since it require the device to be online, so we need at least a option to set sceduled reboot on the devices affected untill a FW fix adresses this issue.
Seems to have something to do when it looses 5G connection some bands and switched to 4G the router just blacks out even when it set to automaticlly 4G/5G.

Hi @mike79
I assume your model is FWA510.
Please try enabling the network monitoring feature first. Path: Network Setting > Broadband > Cellular WAN. If this does not help, please enable Zyxel support access for us to have a further check.

Hi @mike79
OK, could you enable Zyxel support access? So we can help to check this issue. Please also let us know the issue timestamp so we can know which log should we start to check.
