It says "Sim Card Not Detected" when I log in, so it doesen't work.
It has worked for 3 years.
Things I tested:
Reboot
Testen different simcard
Tested different simcard with other provider
Reset
Uploaded firmwere again
Uploaded modemfirmwere again
Still says "Sim Card Not Detected"
Is it "over and out"?

Based on the test you did, it seems like a hardware issue. Please contact the seller or the provider for help with the RMA.

You can make it works like in bridge mode for its LAN and WiFi/SSID.
Here is what you need to do/check:
- Please ensure your firmware is V1.16(ACCG.1)C0 or V1.00(ABVC.8)C0
- Disable the NAT & IGMP Proxy & Apply as Default Gateway settings for the Ethernet WAN interface.
Path: Menu > Broadband > ETHWAN > modify/edit button > Routing Feature
With this configuration and connect the ETHWAN to my uplink device, I can get the IP address from the uplink device.
Additionally, please remember to configure different management IP address for FWA505 and NR5101. Using same IP address will cause issues since IP conflict.
