change email

I Tried to change my Nebula email using Manage account, but window did not allow me to update my email. Can someone from Zyxel help me with this or is there another way to do this? Deleting my account is not an option because of Zyxel subscriptions associated with it

    I checked the system and the feature about account, all is good now.
