Cloud saving mode activated after less than 30 days.

Hi!

My Nebula Cloud saving mode is activated again and again despide regulary admin logins on the same organization.

For example (logins):

2026-04-03 20:xx:xx «— Cloud saving active.
2026-03-21 22:11:55
2026-03-13 11:46:01
2026-03-12 16:16:24

They say it's only activated 30 days after the last admin login to an organization.
So, looks odd to me. Any idea how to fix this?

We are clarifying this issue and I will update you once we have further information. During the waiting period, may I confirm that you did have access to the organization(like the dashboard of your site), did you not?

I am having this same issue …just happened again this morning and I log in very regularly. This is annoying.

In specific condition, the login log was incorrectly recorded. This issue is under fixing. I will update you once the fix is online.
