Problem in updating NWA50AX

Even though I’ve downloaded the latest available version, 7.10ABYW.4, the access point still shows version V7.10(3) 2025.06.29. I’ve also tried downloading earlier versions, such as 7.10ABYW.3, but it won’t update. What am I doing wrong?

    To better assist you, could you please provide the following:

    1. The source where you downloaded the latest firmware version.
    2. A screenshot of the access point showing firmware version V7.10(3).
    3. Your Nebula organization and site name.
    4. Please also enable Zyxel support access

    did you unzip the file to find file with .bin ?
