How do I activate a bundle license???
I've just bough 3x XGS2220-54HP switches. I believe they come with 1yr Nebula Pro license, but I can't seem to activate the license(s). As such, I am unable to configure the 3 switches into a stack - I can do this in Standalone mode, but then they can't be monitored in NCC.

Device offline
my WiFi booster is slowly flashing amber and green, shows at network/power issues on the app. I have tried connecting it directly to the network and it worked briefly then disconnected again. I have three boosters all connected and set up in the same way, two work but one doesn’t. Any ideas?

Submit a website to reclassification
Since October 2024, we are having to add several websites to the Content Filter allow list, since they are categorized as Unknown and basically appear blocked to the end-user.
