Let say the organisation owner in NCC has resigned, gotten into an accident etc. How can the organisation owner be assigned to someone else then?

I have a USG20W-VPN firewall and am trying to connect it to Secureporter
I paid for the product and auto-activated it now when I select home in the webpage I receive the error: Device Disconnected Device "USG20W-VPN" is not connected. Please make sure device connection is stable so the log it uploads keeps SecuReporter running. I also see no stats.

Is it possible to disable 2.4G for specific AP's within the same SSID?
In my use-case (concurrent operation) I do not need 2.4G for most rooms. However, there is no option to make this happen in Nebula. Setting it to the lowest 3dB seems the only way. This is a waiste of energy and RF (beacons). Is there another way for disabling this radio? Thank you.

Configure the firewall from nebula
Hello, is it possible from Nebula to configure the Firewall as if you were using the local interface? The interface seems very "poor" to me, I don't know if this depends on the free license ... For example: if I wanted to create objects is it possible to do it from nebula? Thanks

Hi, I need to source-nat my IPSec connection, because the remote site allready has our local subnet in use. Local subnet: 192.168.199.0/24 Remote subnet: 10.9.8.0/24 I want to snat the vpn traffic 192.168.199.0/24 to 10.9.9.0/24 Is this possible on a Nebula NSG100

NAP102 as repeater?
Hi, Can I configure somehow a NAP102 as a repeater or wifi extender? I have a main router RTAX88U however its coverage didn't reach all rooms. Can I connect the NAP102 wirelessly and make it work as a repeater or wifi extender? Many thanks in advance

AzureAD SSO
Hi, It would be a nice added feature to be able to use AzureAD SSO to login to the MSP nebula website. That way you could more easily control who has access and who doesn't. Also that makes the process of adding new administrators and deleting new administrators alot easier (since it happens automatically through Azure).

What license is required for USG/ATP and Plus level?
Is it possible to apply NCC licenses to USG/ATP models that are not Gold? In some cases we do not needed the advanced security features, but would like to use Plus licenses on the other devices in the network.

NAP102 Poor Speed
Hi, I have problems with stable NAP102 WIFI speed. Sometimes the speed is normal 250-300 Mbps and most of the time it's only 40 Mbps. Also with a short distance to the NAP it's still 40 Mbps. Can't understand why. Do you have advice what settings I need to check? Thank you.

Clients Not Showing Connected On Portal
