Thanks very much @Mayone78 for the screenshot.

This shows that your NR7101 is running 13A02 module firmware.

This means that the DFOTA upgrade file that you need is the one that is 13A02 to 13A04

Same here, DFOTA Upgrade fails.
Current LTE Module Version: RG502QEAAAR13A02M4G

Upgrade file name: RG502QEAAAR13A02-R13A04.zip

Tried different names like 20 times,

Same here. There is a version mismatch in respect of:

RG502QEAAAR11R13A02-R13A04

as listed here:

Look inside the zip file and the file "quectel-project-version":

Notice the AACR, but the modem reports:

That is AAAR.

This gives an error 505 on upgrade (here attempted manually):
