NAS 540 ethernet ports not working

Hello, I have a nas540, which apparently the two Ethernet ports have stopped working. I have reset the Nas to factory mode. the beeps are ok, but the ethernet ports are still off. Any way to access the nas by USB port?

Yes I have changed the cables, and the ports on the switch, without any result. (the two ethernet ports continue with the leds off). I have also changed the power supply for another with the same voltage.
Without any result.
So it looks bad.

Yes. Do you have the possibility to try another powersupply?
