NAS 540 ethernet ports not working

Hello, I have a nas540, which apparently the two Ethernet ports have stopped working. I have reset the Nas to factory mode. the beeps are ok, but the ethernet ports are still off. Any way to access the nas by USB port?

I'm afraid not. Have you also tested the cable and the switch?

Thank you for answering Yes I have changed the cables, and the ports on the switch, without any result. (the two ethernet ports continue with the leds off). I have also changed the power supply for another with the same voltage. Without any result. So it looks bad.

Yes. Do you have the possibility to try another powersupply?
