Power off or Network issue

Configuration not up to date. Just bought a Zylex Access point but won't work, set it up through Nebula app any help it's powered up and connected via ethenet cable to my Virgin Media Hub 3

Configuration not up to date could be because:

1. The AP can't access Nebula.
2. The communication between AP and Nebula has some issue.

Please help to provide some information so we can better help you on this issue.

1. Does the Nebula show your AP is online status? If not, please reference these FAQ to check the offline issue.

2. If it is online, please help to enable the Zyxel support access for us to check.
