Hi,
I have a NSA310 that has worked fine over the past few years. It is now constantly stuck in a boot loop ( I am not aware of any manual firmware upgrade). When switching on, the SYS light flashes green for a while, and then all the lights turn GREEN and stay on for a while, These all go off and SYS light then flashes green for a while further and this sequence continues over and over again
Please can you tell me how do i get my NAS to work again, I have tried a full reset using the reset button at the back of the unit but this has not helped
Regards
Sandesh
