Exactly the same problem like ArtMike in a nas520

May I know do you check the following items:
    1. Does router support UPnP?
    2. Does MyZyxelCloud portal find the device?
    3. Does the NAS receive the correct IP address and DNS address?
    4. Do not use NAS's IP as DNS address, try Google DNS or router's gateway to be the DNS in NAS.
    5. Does NAS find the UPnP router and show in the UPnP Port Mapping page?
    6. Is there any device between NAS and router?
    7. Try to unpair device via uppair button in MyZyxelCloud in NAS.
    8. Reinstall MyZyxelCloud APP and try again.

And can you share the screenshot of your situation?
    Thanks.

    Best Regards,
    Brian.

Can your NAS be found by mycloud portal? And NAS can find the UPnP router?
Since the photo you attached is not enough to clarify check myzyxelcloud function is working or not.

And the ArtMike's case, his NAS326 can be found by mycloud portal and router supports UPnP, then NAS can detect the UPnP and show in the web management page.

    Best Regards,
    Brian.

    Congratulations, enjoy your MyZyxelCloud.

    Best Regards,
    Brian.
  • Same problem as everyone above. Tried everything. I have a Zyxel VMG3926-B10A as my router, and NAS326. And I can't pair it to mycloud. The NAS can find uPnP router and shows it in the uPnP Router page.
Finally "NAS326# pidof zyxel_button_checkd | xargs kill -SIGUSR1" worked. You need to set the mycloud service into discovery mode and then you'll be able to see the pid in your NAS. Be in superuser mode ($su) and then run the above command to trigger the button press. The physical button does not work.

Exactly the same problem like ArtMike in a nas520. I have NAS 326 unable to pair with UPnp enabled and static ip.
