LTE7480-M804 not showing SIM as inserted

I have a new LTE7480, I tried it with a Three SIM and it worked albeit too slowly (too far from the base station), I have tried a Vodaphone data SIM and it refuses to be seen by the device ('No SIM inserted'). The SIM works fine in an iPhone. Is there a compatibility issue?

This should not happen, make sure download finish complete, also may reboot LTE Router once and try it again.
