    Where and how do I change DNS? This also applies to our mobile phones.

    We were three employees who had issues. PC's, APP and on several locations. I dont think DNS

    We are back online now.

    Hi @NordloJan,

    Thanks for the update. It is happy to hear you are back online now. I connected the VPN to Norway earlier and successfully accessed Nebula Control Center, and also there was no Nebula incident. So we cannot clarify what issue you encountered.
    Please help to provide more details if you cannot access Nebula Control Center again. Many thanks.

    We still have problems. Can we change the DNS in the router instead so it affects all computers in the network?

    How is it possible that the DNS affects so that "applications" at the top right of the My Zyxel page are not displayed?

    issue back on app. On 4/5g aswell as WiFi

    Have not tried on PC last few hours

    I'm facing the same issue. I tried 3 DNS Server (OpenDNS, Quad9, Cloudflare) with the same error. only google is working.
