NWA50AX PRO 160mhz
Hi, I have a NWA50AX PRO. It's working fine but I have to set 160mhz bandwidth every time it reboots. I have set the override in the radio setting and the settings doesn't change. I have to change channel and the 160mhz bandwidth. Is this a Nebula bug?
Edit
Rebooting fixes the channel width, but after some time the channel width is back to 80MHz

Hi @rossano,
After checking, your AP didn't keep in 160 MHz because the AP detects radar. Once radar is detected, the AP must change to 80MHz to avoid radar channel because the original service channel can’t be used per regulatory requirements.
If there are often radar signals in the environment, switching to another channel and using it at 160MHz will not be implemented forever, because the radar channel will still be covered. AP will switch to a non-DFS channel and remain there for 30 minutes.
If no radar is detected within that timeframe, the AP will resume using the DFS channel and potentially return to 160MHz bandwidth. However, if radar is still detected after 30 minutes, the AP will stay on the non-DFS channel, with the maximum channel width is 80 MHz.

Hi @rossano,
Apologize for the delay.
Maybe is because the 160 MHz is so wide that goes in a DFS channel?
Yes, that is the reason. Please reference the screenshot below to find the related channels for each channelwidth.

Hi @rossano,
I have tested it in my lab with the latest firmware version, but the channel and channel width aren't changed after reboot.
May I know your firmware version and have your organization's privilege to check this issue? Please reference the FAQ below to enable the privilege.

I just enabled the Support Access. The setting of 160 MHz remain the same. But the real radio signal is 80 MHz. I think that the settings change even when the auto DCS scans for the best channel.

This is now without reboot. The channel width is now 80MHz.
Rebooting fixes the channel width, but after some time the channel width is back to 80MHz.

Hi @rossano,
I checked the current channel and channel bandwidth with the command "show wireless-hal current channel" and got this result.
It seems like the channel bandwidth doesn't change. Could you help by using the command to check the channel bandwidth when you find it has changed to 80 MHz? Thanks for the help.

I can't use the terminal, in the local interface is not available. But when I open the web interface I can see the current channel information. I will check when the channel is 80 MHz instead of 160 MHz.

Hi @rossano,
If possible, please also collect the diagnostic inform for us to investigate when it occurs.

I will, but how to delete the personal information from the diagnostic?

Thank you, when the problem will show I will inform you. The strange thing is that since I opened the discussion the problem is not showing up.

Just happened. The Access point is doing DFS even when it's locked on the channel 48. I am sending you the diagnostic.
