ATP800 will not connect to Nebula

Factory reset and on the latest firmware. Added to Nebula using the phone app before upgrading the firmware manually. I then chose Nebula Modein the local interface, and it rebooted. In Nebula, it is showing an orange ZTP Mode button and is not online. What can I do to fix this issue?

    Since ZTP mode was removed in firmware version V5.37 patch 1, your ATP800 needs to be deployed to Nebula using Native Mode instead. For more details about this change, please refer to the following article:

    The steps listed in that document are not working for me.

    To start, I removed the device from Nebula to be sure that I was following correctly.

    1. When I verify if the device has ZTP Certificate files, I get the same readout as in the document, "Factory Certificate files exist: no, ZTP Certificate files exist: yes"
    2. Reset to defaults
    3. Select Nebula Mode
    4. Configure WAN
    5. I already have an Org and Site so I don't get the wizard shown in the document. I add the device in "License and inventory." I think this is where things get messed up. Once I add it here, it shows in inventory, but I cannot add it to the site. The Deployment Method of "Nebula native mode" is greyed out. My only option is ZTP mode.

    I think there may be something in step 1 that is missing? Am I supposed to remove the ZTP Certificate somehow?

    Could you please check the serial number of your device?

    If the serial number does not fall within the S23xxxxxxxxxx or S24xxxxxxxxxx range, you may need to downgrade the firmware and reset the device by pressing the RESET button on the front panel. Afterward, you can proceed to register it to Nebula CC.
