no captive portal Landing page showing up and not prompting for nebula cloud Auth.

firmware: V7.10(ABTD.1) (Latest)
we are a school and using 21 Access Points NWA210AX with Nebula console. Guest SSID is on vlan and configured to authenticate with nebula cloud authentication but after latest update clients cant authenticate with NCA they dont even get landing page. can you help?

You can refer to this article to verify if your Nebula Cloud Authentication with a captive portal is configured correctly.
If the configuration is correct but wireless clients still don’t receive the captive portal or cannot authenticate with NCSA, please enable Zyxel support and provide us with the SSID name experiencing the issue, the name of your Nebula organization/site here or via the private message by clinking to my account > Message.
