    Hello, is this still working? I am on the EG18EAPAR01A08M4G module firmware and I experience the same problem when IP address changes. It detects connection but I don't have internet access.

    I read online that there is a EG18EAPAR01A11M4G version but I think that the 13 version you're using should be the latest.

    Hi, I actually got it installed. I just needed to power off and on for the device to see the module firmware after flashing. So I think it is the right one. I downloaded it from user @BruCom post.

    What do you mean by "i found a problem with this update"?. Do you mean that you experienced the same problem after installation?

    I solved the problem by flashing this file:


    Update_EG18EAPAR01A08V05M4G-R01A13M4G_01.200.01.200_V02

    after flashing it, i factory reset the modem
    After that all wokrking

    if you dont factoryreset, your modem will drop connection on high usage (in my case)

    For me upgrading both router firmware and LTE modem/module firmware (even ver. 13) did not bring any result. :( Has anyone found another solution?

    Hi, here the same situation with LTE rev13 and Zyxel fw at rev5 and Italian operator TIM ….the disconnections are still happening randomly. If zyxel does not provide a feedback I think to share the issue as much as I can. Damn the product is good, why they just don't solve this last issue. Maybe should go with ZTE?
