Status rings disappeared

in Nebula

I have recently seen that the status rings for ap diassppead in Nebula - see screen shot
Now is it only for the root ap -full green but the remaning ap,s have lost its rings for status which I previously had.

Is this a change in Nebula?


The network works fine but is the change you have made in Nebula upgrade of software

    I recommend you don't share your email address in public forums. If you used the same email to authenticate on the forums, Zyxel staff can probably see the email address.

    Regarding the issue with status rings missing on APs in Nebula, we have addressed this issue. This will be fixed in Nebula release v19.30, scheduled 2026/01/19. Please stay tuned to our News & Release section when the firmware becomes available.

    Good Point but when asked to open my account for investigation I don’t know how to do reply what account to look into.
