zyxel vmg1312-b10d not connect to internet after firmware update
I updated my zyxel vmg1312-b10d to the newest firmware version 5.13(AAXA.10)C0 and after that it cannot connect to internet. My settings are correct and the DSL light stady green but internet is red. My provider said to me that I shouldn't upgrade firmware. Any suggestions? #SP_Mar_2020

Hi just got a XMG3927-B50A router and I'm trying to setup parental control where I need to untick the "one connect setup" box but the box is grey and I can't untick!!! VMG4825-B10A Reboots 5-6 Times Every Day!!!
Operating on Firmware V5.11(ABFT.1)C0, our VMG4825 has rebooted on its own about 5-6 times every day. We never know when. How do you block ping on VMG8825-T50 router?
I've tried using a firewall rule to ignore external ping requests but i get still responses. Security > firewall > access controlrule: IPv4 / ICMP / DROP / WAN to ROUTER (or wan to lan) Thanks for your help

I have DNS set to Dynamic (as opposed to 'Static' 'From ISP' or 'None') but local names are not being resolved. This is odd as the names are clearly known as they are visible in the network diagram. How do i ensure that local names are resolved? #SP_Sep_2019
