FWA710 losing 5G

Dear Judy, I'll send you a private message whith my organization/site. Just to clarify issue using N78 band: randomly any time of the day modem lose internet connection forever (hours, days) but both 5G nsa carrier an 4G connection stay on. This is like a black-out than can be resolved, but only for a limited and indefinite time, only by restarting router. By switching off N78 band instead stop the issue so that internet connection remain active forever but unfortunatly speed become poor. Network monitor feature is always ON and NR5G-NSA/4G (Auto Switch) is ON too.
