Why is my firewall showing offline after installation?

Question:
I've installed all the new equipment today, but the firewall cannot connect to the internet. After resetting and reinstalling it about three times, the network connection works. However, the app still shows the firewall as offline and it cannot be updated. All other devices are working fine, except the firewall. What should I do?
Answer:
- Check if the firewall, FLEX200, is indeed offline from the Nebula Control Center (NCC).
- From the LAN port of FLEX200, connect a computer to the firewall's web management interface.
- Conduct a connection test by following instructions provided in this link: Access FLEX200 Web GUI.
- Obtain the firewall password from the Nebula menu: "Site-wide > Configure > Site Settings > Device Configuration > Device account and password management".
- Check the results of the 'Test' connection and share relevant logs or data with the support team for further analysis.
