They removed the R11A07-R13A02 firmware from the download page 😂😂

Actually I’m rather impressed with Zyxel over this issue. These firmware updates look rather fiddly indeed, and the fix was sent to me only days after I raised a support ticket. Kudos to whichever engineer(s) resolved this behind the scenes. I am a bit reticent about posting the files without express authorisation from Zyxel. In the support ticket it was indicated to me that the page is going to be updated so surely the files will be posted there very soon?

By the way, is anyone else running OpenWrt on their NT7101? Stock firmware manages a higher throughput, which is another reason why I’m impressed with Zyxel in respect of this device. Can always just stick with stock firmware, set bridge mode, and use OpenWrt on a downstream router to benefit from SQM (using cake-autorate), advert blocking and so forth.

    What are they doing?

New filenames but still not working?

Gents, give them a chance! Next step will be the upload of the downgrade I imagine.

And so is there a way to update from RG502QEAAAR13A02M4G version?

    Thanks!

Yes downgrade then upgrade twice as I wrote above. Files will surely get posted soon.

    Hello

First You have to downgrade from R13A02 to R11A07 with this link below

    R13A02 to R11A07

then you have to download the new file from their support

and update to R13A02 then update from R13A02 to R13A04

    regards
