My NWA130BE does a restart several times per day. It always starts like this: Netconf connection is connected. NTP update has succeeded. Device is rebooted by cold start! The AP has successfully booted. Firmware is V7.00(ACIL.3) (Latest) Maintenance is scheduled for once a week Any ideas?

Nebula says all devices are "Online", but the ISP is down
