Reboot USG Flex GUI Access Only
Hi Guys I have a Flex 200 that has lost communication with Nebula NCC, the appliance is up and running ok though. It is not possible for anyone to gain access to pull the plug for a power cycle. I can VPN on to the network ok and log in to GUI of the Flex but I do not see a reboot option anywhere in the options. Any ideas…

When are the H Series going to be Full Nebula?
I grabbed a 200HP to test and I am really disappointed to see you have to use the remote configurator tool. I won't be willing to push these in to production until they are fully Nebula.

Congested Channel
Hello, I decided to purchase another AP because I had high Channel utilization, but now that I have 2 AP's I'm still getting 96 - 98% Channel utilization, also all my wireless endpoint are only channel 1. Can anyone share some things I could try to bring that utilization down to maybe 50%. Thank You.

Good Morning, Is there a way I can get some of my wifi clients to connect to certain channels to relieve channel congestion in Nebula? For example some to channel 1 some to channel 6 and some to 11? Also explain the TAG feature in Nebula? Thank you in advance.

GS1915 8/24 MAC freeze port PoE and Non Poe

My firewall device's licence expire date is 2025/3/29, i purchase the Gold security pack at 2025/3/10. why the firewall device's licence states is "Deferred"? My problem is solved at 2025/03/30 13:56. Thanks

I have an ATP100 on Nebula and I can't get the IPSec VPN to work on any ios devices. I can see from the firewall logs that it fails with this error: "IPsec SA negotiation failed". I have tried this from an iPhone XS running ios 18.3 and a couple of ipads running a different version of ios 18.
