NR7101 Module Firmware Upgrade Fail

Hi everyone.

I have the same problem with new LTE firmware release RG502QEAAAR11R13A02-R13A04

Impossible to factory reset or remove SIM because LTE is on the roof.

What is the current version of your module firmware please?

Also what is the main firmware version in your NR7101 please?

It is important to do the module firmware upgrades in order, and the upgrade files and instructions are at

It doesn't matter if you have a firmware, it still can't be uploaded, with or without a SIM card. You don't even have to climb on the roof.

Of course I have latest firmware V1.00(ABUV.10)C0 and module firmware RG502QEAAAR11A07M4G-R13A02.

And yes, I followed the procedures at least 20 times.

This thing is absolutely ridiculous.

So when you look at the update firmware page, does it say that you are 11A07 or 13A02 ?

If you are running 13A02 then the upgrade procedure and file from 13A02 to 13A04: should be possible I think...

If it is running 11A07, then it has not taken the upgrade to 13A02.

Unfortunately you are right. Zyxel gave us a bad firmware.

Sorry but you did not.

You gave the filename of the DFOTA file which has 2 version numbers in it @Mayone78
