NR7101 Module Firmware Upgrade Fail

I did that, but I can't upgrade from version R11a07 to version R13a02.

Hello

First You have to downgrade from R13A02 to R11A07 with this link below

R13A02 to R11A07

then you have to download the new file from their support

and update to R13A02 then update from R13A02 to R13A04

i was on the same Firmware R13A02 and had to downgrade to R1107, befor i was able to upgrade to the latest Modul Firmware

Here My Steps

1. if you are on the R13A02 you have to go back to R11A07 ⇒ LINK (wait 15-20min to complett)
2. download RG502QEA_R11A07-ZYXELR13A02 and start upgrade process (wait 15-20min )
3. download ZYXELR13A02 - ZYXELR13A04 and start upgrade process (wait 15-20min )

to bit monitoring the NR7101 i opened a command prompt window and started a continuous ping -t to the IP of the Zyxel to see when the upgrade prozess is restarting the Device, it tooks 15-20min to get every update done.
