Nebula android app gives ERR_UNKNOWN in Clients list
After I removed and re-added one device in my Nebula account, Nebula android app keeps giving "ERR_UNKNOWN" in the dashboard page and in the "Clients" page. Tried reinstalling the app, clearing cached data etc, nothing works. Can this be fixed somehow?

I have a concern regarding to our NWA90AX, it is already connected to the Nebula Cloud, and it says Offline in Access Point Status Monitoring even though we can connect to its Wi-Fi with Internet Connection.
